Being Cosmetics Products we do not allow products to be returned or exchanged.
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
National Orders - We dispatch the product usually within 3-4 working days
International orders - We dispatch the product usually within 5-6 working days
We take utmost care while sending out our products but in case you receive damaged/defective products kindly get in touch with us at email@example.com with order number and do kindly attach clear images of the product highlighting the damage or defect and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Natural products have a lesser shelf life compared to a synthetic product, hence it is best used within 30 months.
We’ll send you an email once the order has been shipped along with the tracking details from which you can track your order
Delivery is free for Pre-Paid order and for COD Order a charge of Rs.100 is levied.
International orders a flat rate of Rs.1500 additional is applicable + Customs upon delivery is payable by the customer
We can change the address only if the product hasn’t been dispatched but once the order has been dispatched we unfortunately cannot change the delivery address
If the order hasn’t been dispatched, we can definitely hold the order for you but once the order has been dispatched we won’t be able to do the same
We mean that our products are free from any animal derived ingredients and also that our products are not tested on animals.

Absolutely not. Tsara Products are 100% Sulphate free
Even natural products can cause allergic reaction. We highly recommend testing a patch on the inner elbow and leave for 30 minutes. If it causes any irritation, then discontinue.
