Shipping & Returns

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3 - 4 business days (Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Friday) If we are expecting a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, you will be notified via email. 
  • Shipping Charges: We ship free of cost throughout India and charge an extra ₹100 for cash on delivery orders
  • International Orders: All international orders will be processed within 5 - 6 business days. An additional shipping charge of Rs.1500 is applicable for all these orders. Customs upon delivery is payable by the customer.  
  • Order Confirmation And Cancellation: You will receive an order confirmation email with the order number immediately after checkout. Orders can be cancelled only before the items have been dispatched. 
  • Replacement: Only defective/damaged products will be replaced/returned. If you happen to receive a defective/damaged product, you can raise a replacement request by sending us a mail at customercare@tsaracosmetics.com, within 5 days of purchase. Be sure to attach a picture of the product received so that we can evaluate its condition. Products acknowledged as ‘damaged’ or ‘defective’ will be collected by us. Once we receive the item at our facility, we will verify its condition and initiate the process of refund or replacement accordingly.
